TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide advanced clinical and application expertise across the HST portfolio during evaluations, trials, installations, go-live activities, and post-installation optimization.
  • Support complex sales cycles, tenders, turnkey projects, solution design, and clinical value positioning in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Engage with surgeons, operating room staff, anesthesia teams, nursing leaders, and hospital stakeholders as a clinical advisor.
  • Lead product demonstrations, clinical trials, proof-of-concept activities, user training, and clinical adoption initiatives.
  • Support operating room integrations, large hospital projects, issue resolution, internal coaching, and clinical feedback activities.
  • Identify, collect, and report safety information and adverse events related to hirify.global products to the pharmacovigilance department within one business day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical field, ideally Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of proven success in a similar role, specifically involving capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of operating room environments and surgical workflows.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and financial data to customers and management.
  • Existing professional relationships with customers.
  • Fluent English required.
