TL;DR

Full Stack Engineer (OutSystems) (GovTech/Public Sector): Designing, building, and deploying OutSystems applications and automated workflows for government and public-sector digital products with an accent on system architecture, platform governance, and legacy-system integration. Focus on leading engineers, managing the deployment lifecycle, optimizing performance, and resolving integration, security, resilience, and platform limitation risks.

What you will do

Design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems.
Translate business requirements into automated workflows, forms, and process logic with Scrum teams and stakeholders.
Make technical decisions covering system architecture, code quality, resilience, security, and platform implementation.
Lead and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Manage the deployment lifecycle, performance optimization, documentation, and full sprint delivery.
Resolve integration, performance, security, and platform limitation risks as a technical escalation point.

Requirements

At least 4 years of OutSystems development experience, or 7+ years of OutSystems development and architecture experience for Senior Developer scope.
OutSystems certification at Associate Reactive Developer level or higher, or OutSystems Expert Developer level or higher for Senior Developer scope.
Experience leading engineers in delivering end-to-end digital products.
Experience with Agile Scrum, DevOps practices, and the complete project lifecycle.
Experience building government or public-sector digital products and integrating legacy systems into modern platforms.

Nice to have

Experience with GovTech technology stacks and OutSystems-based delivery.
Experience handling legacy technology systems.
Knowledge of government ICT policies and standards.
Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services.
