Senior DevOps Engineer IAM Orchestration

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; candidates must be located in the Netherlands, and relocation is not possible.

Salary: €5,030–€7,183 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Design and manage automated identity and access management processes for a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Build and improve IAM orchestration capabilities that increase delivery speed and enforce compliance.
• Translate business requirements, operational challenges, problems, and issues into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple squads to analyse, refine, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in a Scrum/Agile team and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in API development using AWS and Python with the FastAPI framework.
• Strong foundation in CI/CD pipelines, code-scanning tools, and vulnerability-management best practices.
• Prior experience working within Identity & Access Management is required.
• Proactive, result-oriented, ownership-driven, and able to work effectively in complex environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Must be located in the Netherlands; relocation is not possible for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Camunda or another process-orchestration engine.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0.
