What you will do

• Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and respond to operational issues.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and daily operational tasks.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
• Follow established infrastructure service delivery practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure technology.
• Data analysis proficiency and a basic understanding of technical concepts.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
