TL;DR
Junior ML Engineer (AI) (Python/LLM): Automating information extraction from digital and scanned documents while building prediction, recommendation, and enterprise AI agent solutions with an accent on document processing, machine learning models, and data pipelines. Focus on constructing datasets, analyzing and visualizing data, and integrating LLM-based capabilities into intelligent document processing.
Location: Onsite in Minsk, Belarus

Clarity develops Graip.AI, a low-code intelligent document processing platform that automates document workflows with AI models and minimal IT involvement.
What you will do
- Automate information extraction from digital-born and scanned documents in PDF, Excel, Word, image, and other formats.
- Build prediction and recommendation models using input data and user behavior.
- Develop ML and data pipelines and create datasets based on business requirements.
- Analyze and visualize data and present findings to the team.
- Build enterprise AI agents.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, with up to 3 years considered.
- Basic experience with Python.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs.
- Intermediate English or higher.
- Full-time exclusive commitment and onsite work in Minsk are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the OpenAI platform or an alternative and prompt engineering.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with NumPy, pandas, OpenCV, spaCy, NLTK, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
