Sr. Product Designer - HER

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work with in-office collaboration 3 days per week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for complex engagement and revenue-focused experiences across iOS, Android, and occasionally web.
• Translate ambiguous, high-impact problems into user journeys, flows, interfaces, and shipped features.
• Design distinctive experiences rooted in sapphic culture, community, intimacy, and joy.
• Create prototypes, support user testing, and communicate design intent and rationale to cross-functional partners.
• Design experiments and A/B tests with Product, Engineering, and Data, then iterate based on performance data and qualitative insights.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Leadership to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing consumer digital products, including mobile-first experiences.
• Proven experience owning design for features used by large audiences.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and UX fundamentals.
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft and measurable business impact.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous product environments, taking ownership, and following work through launch.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or freemium products.
• Dating or network-based platform experience.
• Experience designing for identity-led or emotionally nuanced use cases.
• Experience using user surveys, unmoderated prototype testing, and user interviews to inform design decisions.
