Product Lead, AI Growth

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered features and platforms from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution while mentoring and leading product managers.
• Build and ship AI/ML-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Drive product-led growth through in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, lifecycle automation, and experimentation.
• Develop customer service and support automation across payments, onboarding, and support journeys.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to launch scalable products across regions and languages.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-surface products end to end.
• Experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, with strong technical fluency in training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of ML systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, including dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
• Experience taking 0-to-1 or early-stage products from concept to launch in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align engineering, data, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market partners.

• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
• Experience with growth, lifecycle, or product-led growth products.
• Technical background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
• Experience building customer service or support automation.
• Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages.
