Client Account Services Specialist (Commercial Tax)

What you will do

• Provide high-touch technical and application support to key commercial tax clients.
• Configure systems and software applications around client business rules, workflows, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal engineering, product, and implementation teams.
• Analyze client installations, identify gaps, recommend workflow improvements, and uncover service opportunities.
• Manage technical incidents and coordinate effective resolutions to minimize operational disruption.
• Contribute to cross-functional business initiatives and moderately complex technical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical role such as application support, customer success, or technical account management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enterprise software, understand database structures, or assist with application configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaborate effectively with others.
