Technical Support Specialist I

Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Salary: $63,000–$97,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage customer support requests from initial contact through resolution via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot product functionality, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Identify and document software defects for Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide product guidance, best practices, and feature recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to internal knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of client or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
