Associate Procurement Quality Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for procurement and supplier quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions covering supplier performance, quality trends, and operational KPIs.
• Use Power Automate and related digital tools to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and improve data accuracy.
• Coordinate sample validation with incoming inspection, assembly, testing, and other functional teams, tracking results against requested timelines.
• Collaborate with procurement, supplier quality, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decisions.
• Conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering or manufacturing education, or knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and assembly manufacturing.
• Quality knowledge or experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, quality, or manufacturing.
• Experience with supplier scorecards, procurement reporting, Power Apps, Power Query, SQL, Python, ERP platforms, or SAP.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, digital transformation, process automation, or business intelligence initiatives.
