Location: United States; offices listed in New York, Baton Rouge, Miami, Stamford, Woodbridge, Melville, and Los Angeles

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually

What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute tax credit transfers, tax equity, and related project finance advisory engagements.
• Manage financial, tax, and business due diligence for companies and investors, including data analysis, quality of earnings, working capital, liabilities, and risks.
• Develop client networks, market advisory services, and convert prospects into revenue-producing relationships.
• Lead transaction execution, including data room reviews, due diligence meetings, document review, contract negotiations, and closing processes.
• Coordinate with external legal, tax, and advisory professionals to deliver engagements on time.
• Manage and mentor VPs, associates, and analysts while providing guidance to clients and diligence providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
• 10 or more years of experience in tax equity, project finance, or a similar capital advisory role.
• Experience leading teams of VPs, associates, and/or analysts both in person and remotely.
• FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses required, or active pursuit of licensure with completion shortly after hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to travel for client meetings and events.
