Early Career Intern - Investments (Capital Markets)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; must be able to work in the Atlanta office at least four full days per week. Applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the United States. No employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support is provided. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional investment and Capital Markets teams on assigned initiatives.
• Research industry trends, financial statements, market structure, trading dynamics, and market data.
• Build dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI and Excel using trading, holdings, and market data.
• Analyze fund activity across primary and secondary markets, including active and exchange-traded fund ecosystems.
• Prepare presentations and summaries, present findings to management, and translate analysis into stakeholder insights.
• Participate in meetings, training, mentorship, networking, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated interest in investments; relevant fields include finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, and business.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Must work in the Atlanta office and hold permanent U.S. work authorization; sponsorship and OPT/CPT support are unavailable.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in investment management.
• Experience gathering and interpreting market data such as pricing and trading volumes.
• Experience producing polished, accurate work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
