HSE Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Munich, Germany. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are provided.

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications to ensure company compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies to minimize workplace hazards.
• Oversee EHS management across three different operational sites, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Manage hazardous materials and waste disposal in compliance with REACH and ROHS regulations.
• Provide expert safety advice and risk management for the development of space products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within manufacturing or aerospace industries.
• Strong knowledge of EU EHS regulations and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies, safety audits, and incident investigation.
• Working fluency in English.

• Working fluency in German.
