What you will do

• Lead and mentor experienced developers, fostering a self-driven team culture.
• Remain deeply hands-on in designing and building low-latency, high-concurrency server-side components.
• Drive architectural decisions to solve performance, scalability, and infrastructure cost challenges.
• Implement AI-driven development methodologies to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on server-side programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Deep experience with production-critical, high-traffic environments (Low SLA / High Availability).
• BSc in CS/EE/Math, elite military tech unit experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Rust (and a strong desire to develop in Rust).
• Knowledge of AKS (Azure), Microservices, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of adopting AI tools within engineering teams.
