What you will do

• Lead and mentor a self-driven team of experienced developers, providing constructive feedback and fostering growth.
• Design and build low-latency, high-concurrency server-side components, remaining deeply hands-on with the code.
• Drive architectural decisions to resolve complex challenges regarding performance, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
• Champion and implement AI-driven development methodologies to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on server-side programming experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Software Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Deep experience with production-critical, high-traffic environments (Low SLA / High Availability).
• BSc in CS/EE/Math, military experience in an elite tech unit, or equivalent practical experience.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Rust (and a strong desire to develop in Rust).
• Knowledge of AKS (Azure), Microservices, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of adopting AI tools and methodologies within engineering teams.
