What you will do

• Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and administrative coordination for product and operational projects.
• Coordinate product development, marketing, supply chain, sales, vendor, and agency stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, action logs, resource tracking, and budget updates.
• Monitor milestones, risks, blockers, and go-to-market readiness, escalating updates to senior project managers.
• Coordinate design reviews, sample tracking, product development reviews, and launch preparations.
• Prepare presentations and reports and contribute to process improvements that increase project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D, including internships.
• Exposure to engineering-driven product development processes such as design reviews, validation, and production readiness.
• Experience supporting international or overseas teams, preferably in manufacturing or R&D.
• Strong organizational, communication, detail-orientation, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in project coordination, operations, or product development.
• Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Exposure to consumer goods, juvenile products, or retail.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• CAPM or PMP certification, or active pursuit of certification.
