Senior Apps QA Engineer (Android)

Location: Lithuania or Poland; office work is encouraged, with up to two remote days per week and a work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Salary: €3,000–€5,000 gross per month for the Lithuanian market; PLN 13,000–19,800 gross per month for the Polish market.

What you will do

• Functionally test hirify.global solutions across the Android ecosystem using physical devices and virtual machines.
• Report software defects and oversee their resolution in cooperation with developers.
• Develop and implement testing strategies with QA, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Launch exploratory tests without detailed test cases and investigate issues using tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Share QA experience and best practices with other team members to support smooth, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manual and automated application testing.
• Hands-on experience with Appium or WebdriverIO.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proactivity, creativity, attention to detail, curiosity, and self-discipline.
• Ability to collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and product managers.
