TL;DR
Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#/F#/CI/CD): Running automated and manual tests across web, mobile, and backend systems while creating test scenarios, data, mocks, and maintainable automation scripts with an accent on banking-sector quality assurance. Focus on managing test cases and scripts, supporting QA team coordination, and validating new and existing features in a hybrid long-term project.
Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with attendance at the Łódź office twice a month
Rate: up to 900 PLN net per man-day, B2B contract

What you will do
- Run automated and manual tests for web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Define test scenarios for new and existing features.
- Create, maintain, and manage automated test scripts.
- Prepare test data, mocks, and test reports.
- Share knowledge with manual testers and support QA team activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar QA automation role.
- Basic knowledge of C# or F#.
- Very good knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, plus experience managing test cases and scripts.
- Experience managing a QA team.
- English sufficient to read technical documentation and native or B2-level Polish required.
- JDG and readiness for a B2B contract.
