Senior QA Automation Engineer (Banking)

Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with office attendance twice a month

Rate: up to 900 PLN net per man-day, B2B contract

What you will do

• Run automated and manual tests for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Define test scenarios for new and existing features.
• Create, maintain, and manage automated test scripts.
• Prepare test data, mocks, and test reports.
• Manage test cases and scripts and share knowledge with manual testers.
• Support QA team management activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar testing role.
• Basic knowledge of C# or F#.
• Very good knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience managing test cases, test scripts, and QA teams.
• English sufficient for reading technical documentation and Polish at native or B2 level required.
