Infrastructure Architect

Location: Galway, Ireland; hybrid work with three days in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and two days from home.

What you will do

• Define project requirements, scope, delivery processes, and schedules with business and technology stakeholders.
• Design and deliver complete mobile device management infrastructure solutions.
• Lead project teams through business analysis, solution design, and hirify.global One product implementations.
• Provide technical consulting and support smooth transitions to operations teams.
• Work with product teams to develop custom solutions and deliver hirify.global professional services offerings.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training for customers and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least three years of project management experience and previous technical consulting experience.
• At least five years of experience designing, administering, and monitoring Linux and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of infrastructure services, server hardware, networking, databases, web and application servers, and security.
• Experience with system automation, risk evaluation, network or systems management, and mobility management or deployment.
• Strong business and process analysis, communication, technical writing, and training skills.

Nice to have

• Project, technical writing, risk management, or networking certifications such as PMP, CPTC, ITIL Expert, CCNA, or CCIA.
• Experience deploying or integrating MDM solutions.
• Experience with Cisco, SolarWinds, Wireshark, OpenSSL, NMap, Nagios, Splunk, SCOM, SCCM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Zendesk, or Spiceworks.
• Experience with AirWatch, MobileIron, IBM MaaS360, JAMF, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
