Demo Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the Krakow office.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable, reusable demo environments covering endpoint management, security, IT operations, and analytics workflows.
• Develop modular frameworks, integrations, automations, API connectors, scripted workflows, and custom applications for industry- and persona-specific demos.
• Operationalize product releases into stable, production-grade demo assets and environments.
• Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales on strategic deals, demos, proofs of concept, and pilots.
• Create demo narratives, technical training materials, and scalable enablement assets for go-to-market teams.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, establish best practices, and communicate field feedback to Product, Engineering, and IT.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Strong foundation in APIs, integrations, authentication, data systems, virtualization, networking, and scripting with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience building or supporting customer-facing demos, POCs, pilots, or technical environments.
• Experience with endpoint management, IT operations, cybersecurity platforms, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, execution, and attention-to-detail skills, including experience working with Product, Engineering, IT, and go-to-market teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging modern AI tools, including LLMs, scripting agents, or automation frameworks, in technical workflows.
• Background in high-growth SaaS, enterprise security, or IT management companies.
• Experience partnering with product or design teams on end-to-end customer experiences.
