Operations Manager (Oilfields)

What you will do

• Supervise chemical treatments and related services and resources for hirify.global clients.
• Coordinate subcontractor service requests and activities.
• Serve as the direct customer interface for technical questions, product performance, pricing, contracts, and logistics.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve annual account targets.
• Identify new opportunities with existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing at trade shows and industry events, while supporting compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of business development experience in the upstream Oil & Gas sector, including upstream chemicals and chemical treatment processes.
• Strong knowledge of chemical treatments across the region and experience in B2B and strategic sales analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Italian.
