Poker Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do

• Assist with retention and reactivation initiatives aimed at improving engagement and reducing churn.
• Support multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, audience segmentation, and personalized communications and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on retention, churn, LTV, and other key KPIs.
• Set up A/B test groups, track results, and assist with analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams on briefs, inputs, and campaign execution.
• Maintain documentation of campaigns, hypotheses, and results.

Requirements

• 0.5–1.5 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Basic understanding of user retention, reactivation, customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and customer segmentation.
• Knowledge of marketing and product metrics including CvR, LTV, ARPU, and RR.
• Basic experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to work with filters, segments, simple dashboards, and reports.
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and readiness to work with senior team members.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in iGaming, poker, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with RFM segmentation and metrics such as GGR and NGR.
• Poker experience, including cash games, MTTs, Sit & Go, freerolls, satellites, tickets, rakeback, and leaderboards.
• Knowledge of bonus mechanics, promotional campaigns, game and slot providers, and the iGaming product landscape.
