What you will do
- Build and manage strategic enterprise accounts across Poland, focusing on government and utilities.
- Identify opportunities for conversational AI, contact center automation, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Create account strategies that expand ElevenLabs’ presence within the Polish government sector and navigate complex procurement structures.
- Partner with Customer Success, Field Development Engineers, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
- Advise C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Proven success closing complex enterprise deals involving business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Established network among senior decision-makers in the Polish government and utilities sectors.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translating technology into business value.
- Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Polish and strong English for internal collaboration required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of conversational AI, voice technology, or audio AI.
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
