What you will do

• Refine, improve, and implement features and capabilities for the platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to shape projects across their full lifecycle.
• Take ownership of technical improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Act as a reliable technical sparring partner for the engineering team.

Requirements

• At least five years of backend development experience.
• At least five years of professional Python experience.
• Extensive experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience with Python testing frameworks such as Pytest.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, or S3.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Modern frontend development experience, preferably with React.
