Product Manager (Capacity & Conversion)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy for matching users with suitable delivery destinations and optimizing parcel-locker capacity.
• Identify challenges and opportunities with the greatest potential business impact.
• Translate company-wide and business-area goals into actionable product work.
• Prioritize initiatives based on their potential to improve the North Star metric and validate promising opportunities.
• Build the product roadmap, secure stakeholder alignment, and guide initiatives toward successful outcomes.
• Lead a product team of software engineers, machine-learning experts, and data scientists alongside an Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to build alignment around a vision.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to combine data with business intuition.
• Ability to lead strategically, set clear expectations, motivate people, and maintain ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to communicate a team vision to senior executives and specialized technical experts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
