NetSuite Functional Consultant (ERP)

Salary: EUR 2,800–5,000 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes and NetSuite configurations.
• Conduct functional walkthroughs and workshops with client stakeholders.
• Map BRD requirements to NetSuite capabilities and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and validate NetSuite modules while assessing integration and customization needs.
• Support migration validation, UAT preparation and execution, go-live readiness, and change request evaluation.
• Prepare functional documentation and guide clients on NetSuite best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite implementations and ERP business processes.
• Experience with finance, procurement, inventory, and order management processes.
• Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders and supporting UAT and go-live preparation.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and define acceptance criteria.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• Manufacturing implementation, fixed assets, or NetSuite OneWorld experience.
• Experience with ERP separation or migration projects.
• Experience working with international entities and multi-currency environments.
