Product Designer (AI RnD)

What you will do

• Define the product’s visual language, design principles, foundational brand elements, and key UX flows from the ground up.
• Design AI-powered experiences including onboarding, generation states, model selection, usage costs, token economics, error handling, and web-first checkout.
• Build a scalable cross-platform design system with reusable components, variables, themes, states, and responsive behavior.
• Create production-ready motion design and implementation-ready animations using Rive or Lottie.
• Collaborate with the CEO, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to balance UX quality, visual polish, and technical complexity.
• Use user behavior and product data to improve activation, conversion, monetization, and retention after launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2C products with paid traffic or performance marketing.
• Strong experience designing both web and mobile products with unified design systems.
• Experience building production-ready design systems and complex UX for AI models, asynchronous processes, usage costs, and non-standard product states.
• Production-ready motion design experience; Rive is preferred, with Lottie accepted as an alternative.
• Strong product thinking, visual identity skills, and experience collaborating closely with engineers.
• Ukrainian is required for internal communication; English at B1 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing generative AI products or interfaces based on third-party AI models.
• Experience launching products or major features from scratch, including Flutter-first products or collaboration with Flutter teams.
• Experience with custom web checkout flows, subscriptions, tokens, credits, or other usage-based monetization models.
• Experience designing performance marketing landing pages and conversion-focused acquisition experiences.
• Startup or pre-product-market-fit experience with rapid iteration and changing priorities.
