What you will do

• Monitor UK sports events, primarily darts, rugby, snooker, and cricket, with occasional coverage of golf and American football.
• Adjust betting odds in real time in response to market changes and event developments.
• Escalate operational issues and coordinate with peers, managers, and trading teams.
• Monitor third-party providers and maintain the accuracy and integrity of event data.
• Document event observations and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
• Support team performance through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Passion for sports and understanding of live sports dynamics.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
