What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of AI-native products, moving from initial prototype to scalable production services.
• Architect and build core AI components, including LLMs, vector databases, and prompt tuning.
• Develop agentic frameworks and core capabilities such as MCP, cross-platform tool use, and web browsing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate strategic goals into scalable platform architecture.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to keep the platform at the industry frontier.
• Establish technical discipline and operational excellence for all AI products.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
• Demonstrable experience shipping AI-native products or significant personal AI projects.
• Must maintain the right to work in the UK from the first day of employment.
• Deep ownership mindset and a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Langchain, or MLFlow.
• Advanced understanding of the probabilistic systems underpinning modern LLMs.
• Experience building AI products in accuracy-sensitive domains such as finance.
