What you will do

• Support candidate sourcing and screening across different functions and levels.
• Assist with job posting and recruitment process management.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and reporting.
• Support talent pipeline-building initiatives and university partnerships.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and other recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
