What you will do

• Process Business Loan applications throughout the complete loan origination cycle.
• Collect, verify, upload, and maintain post-dated checks and other loan documentation.
• Enter, validate, and maintain customer and loan data across internal systems.
• Maintain accurate operational records in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Support operational activities for newly launched MSME products.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in loan operations, administrative support, or back-office processing within a financial institution.
• High attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Comfort working with multiple internal systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet turnaround times.
• Proactive approach to identifying operational gaps and suggesting improvements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with loan documentation requirements and post-dated check management.
