What you will do

• Manage revisions, timelines, expectations, and deliverables through project completion.
• Design and mock up websites focused on usability, clarity, engagement, and conversion.
• Apply UX and practical usability principles to homepages and key pages.
• Assist with refining hooks, headlines, and anchors using StoryBrand-style principles.
• Create social media ads and print and digital marketing materials.
• Edit WordPress content and layouts, adjust themes and templates, and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of agency experience in website and graphic design.
• Availability to work 9am–6pm EST from Brazil.
• Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar.
• Strong understanding of UX, usability, clarity, and conversion-focused design.
• Significant experience using AI to improve quality and production.
• Ability to own multiple projects, manage deadlines, and take responsibility for outcomes.
