Senior Social Paid Specialist (Paid Social)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; office-based role

What you will do

• Execute paid social acquisition campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.
• Build, QA, pace, monitor, and structurally maintain campaign accounts.
• Track budget pacing, cost per acquisition, conversion metrics, and LTV proxies.
• Run A/B creative, incrementality, and bidding algorithm experiments.
• Partner with U.S.-based channel managers, creative, analytics, Martech, stakeholders, and platform representatives.

Requirements

• English proficiency for collaboration with U.S.-based teams and platform representatives.
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with media buying, paid social optimization, and strategic planning in an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV metrics.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision-making and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with web and app tracking or attribution.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with multi-sided marketplace businesses.
