Product Manager (Internal Platforms)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Internal Platforms): Building and scaling internal platforms for Partners & Distribution operations with an accent on workflow optimization, user research, and data-informed product decisions. Focus on validating hypotheses, launching operational pilots, and improving efficiency across distributed teams.

Location: Hybrid role based in Manila, Philippines; relocation is required. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Own and develop internal platforms and tools for operational teams.
• Analyze user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational workflows.
• Conduct research with internal users, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses.
• Define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and execute the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver product improvements.
• Launch pilots, measure operational impact, and scale successful solutions such as Agent App and workforce planning tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Management experience with internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through launch, adoption, and scaling.
• Experience working with operations, distributed teams, or field teams.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Native or fluent Russian is required.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplaces, logistics, retail, or fintech.
• Experience automating operational processes or building internal operational tools.
• Experience developing products for blue-collar or field teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or Python.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in operational efficiency.
