What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and definition to launch and scale.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop product roadmaps, drive prioritization, and manage sprint planning and backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Execute rapid experimentation cycles, testing hypotheses and iterating based on customer insights.
• Utilize data-informed decision-making to uncover patterns and validate product opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in GenAI or technical domains.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced, high-intensity startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and analyzing funnels/cohorts.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Almaty.
