You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on a high-load video hosting platform, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies. This involves identifying and removing inappropriate content, responding to user inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.

What you will do

• Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content.
• Respond to user inquiries and support requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide insights for improving user engagement and content quality.

Requirements

• The candidate must have EU work permit.
• Strong communication skills, English: B2+ required.
• Experience in customer support and content moderation.
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
• Proficiency in using moderation tools and software.
• Ability to work during weekends.
