What you will do

• Develop and implement novel data processing algorithms for high-resolution NMR spectroscopy.
• Develop and implement novel NMR pulse sequences.
• Acquire and analyse high-quality NMR data for structure elucidation.
• Collaborate with research groups and learn new experimental techniques as required.
• Communicate and work closely with researchers on related projects within the NMR methodology group.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in NMR spectroscopy or a related field, completed or near completion.
• Strong, proven experience with modern NMR techniques.
• Creativity, intellectual independence, collegiality, and effective teamwork.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in an international research environment.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Python, TopSpin, Mathematica, MATLAB, C/C++, or Unix.
• Experience with multidimensional NMR spectroscopy.
• Previous experience developing NMR methods.
• Experience maintaining or constructing NMR equipment and peripherals.
