Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive delivery of the in-house Loyalty & Engagement platform, including its rules engine, ledger, event pipeline, and customer-facing mobile and web frontends.
• Co-own the roadmap with the Platform Owner and coordinate backend, frontend, QA, product, systems, legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders.
• Sequence the initiative into a clear delivery plan, map dependencies, and maintain the critical path.
• Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for earning, spending, tiering, challenges, and reward delivery.
• Design campaign and reward setup workflows from configuration and compliance checks through review and launch.
• Track delivery and platform-health metrics, manage risks, and communicate trade-offs and priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with web and/or mobile products.
• Experience with platforms combining backend services and customer-facing frontends, such as loyalty, payments, CRM, or analytics platforms.
• Strong structural and technical thinking, including the ability to analyze specifications and reason about APIs, data contracts, integrations, and trade-offs.
• Experience working with balances or ledgers, including correctness, edge cases, and reconciliation.
• Strong English communication skills required.
