Expert AI Solutions Developer (French Language Skills)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, with up to 3 remote days per week; candidates must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Research, test, and develop sophisticated AI applications for evolving business needs.
• Design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and complex AI workflows.
• Maintain and enhance RAG systems, vector databases, and embedding solutions for semantic search.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Optimize token usage and develop context systems to improve AI efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in AI development and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python or other AI programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and semantic search.
• Experience integrating multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Fluent English and French at C1 level are required.
• An existing legal right to work in Europe is required.

• Certifications or additional expertise in AI/ML frameworks.
