Location: Altus, United States; onsite office and training facility work. Only U.S. citizens are eligible, and DoD Personal Security Clearance eligibility is required.

What you will do

• Develop interactive graphics, multimedia elements, animations, web content, and complete aviation training courseware.
• Create and update master task lists, learning objective hierarchies, media reports, syllabi, scenarios, case studies, and assessment tools.
• Coordinate with management, technical representatives, SMEs, FTU leads, and Mobility points of contact to plan reviews and deliverables.
• Maintain configuration and documentation traceability for baseline and modified ISD products.
• Conduct peer reviews, support proposal activities, and ensure instructional materials meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Manage ISD deliverables across budget, schedule, and scope while mentoring team members on courseware and multimedia standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, a related discipline, or equivalent education, experience, and training.
• At least five years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, technical writing, or systematic curriculum development.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance is required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, ActionScript 2/3, HTML, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Strong presentation skills, independent work capability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
