What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable AEM digital platforms using headless and traditional architectures.
• Provide technical leadership for high-quality delivery, cloud adoption, code quality, and platform scalability.
• Develop and integrate AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Core Components, Editable Templates, workflows, and content models.
• Build integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud, enterprise systems, REST/SOAP APIs, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch.
• Drive performance optimization through caching, CDN strategies, and scalable cloud implementations.
• Collaborate on localization, multi-site management, personalization, and AEM as a Cloud Service adoption.

Requirements

• Location: New York, United States
• 8–12+ years of experience with digital platforms, including 5+ years working with AEM.
• Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets/DAM, Forms, Headless CMS, Content Fragments, GraphQL, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Hands-on Java/J2EE development with Spring and Servlets, plus JavaScript and React or Angular.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, REST/SOAP integrations, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and ensure performance, quality, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Financial services or insurance industry experience.
• Adobe AEM Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with large-scale AEM implementations and migrations from on-premises systems to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Exposure to personalization, CDP, MarTech, digital marketing, and customer experience ecosystems.
