Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the technical direction, architecture strategy, and roadmap for enterprise DevSecOps application platforms.
• Design secure, scalable microservices and cloud-native application architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Embed application security, quality, compliance, and software supply chain controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead API architecture, release gating, deployment controls, and enterprise security automation.
• Partner with security, architecture, platform, and application engineering stakeholders on technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and drive platform modernization, developer enablement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong software engineering background with advanced .NET/C# and Python experience.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Azure application services, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, secure coding, and software supply chain security.
• Ability to work remotely from a posted U.S. location and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, dependency scanning, and tools such as Checkmarx, SonarQube, Cycode, JFrog Xray, or AppScan.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, LaunchDarkly, Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Background in platform modernization, technical debt reduction, developer platforms, and automated quality gates.
