Senior IT Monitoring Tools Administrator – Infrastructure & DevOps (Zabbix/DevOps): Maintaining and optimizing monitoring infrastructure, service infrastructure, and CI/CD automation for a multinational financial services organization with an accent on reliability, observability, and high availability. Focus on administering complex monitoring systems, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, and building resilient deployment and automation workflows.

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work with 3 remote days per week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and optimize monitoring tools and systems.
• Manage infrastructure components and troubleshoot issues affecting availability and reliability.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration.
• Provide technical support for service infrastructure, applications, and users.
• Resolve complex operational issues and contribute to continuous infrastructure improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Zabbix or extensive monitoring services.
• Strong experience with Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Git or Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible in DevOps environments.
• Fluent English is required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Zabbix certification.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or private clouds.
• Windows and Linux administration skills.
• French proficiency.
