Location: Remote, United States only; collaboration with team members in the Pacific time zone is required.

Salary: $45–$75 per hour, defined on a per-project basis.

What you will do

• Analyze complex spreadsheets, benchmark numbers, and research findings to identify actionable insights.
• Find trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets and communicate the results to internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with writers and engineers to verify findings and implement insights.
• Support strategists, analysts, designers, and subject-matter experts with numbers-driven recommendations for marketing collateral.
• Deliver project outputs on schedule while managing multiple priorities and providing regular status updates.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex spreadsheets, reports, research, or benchmark results and identify relevant findings.
• Excellent mathematics, advanced spreadsheet, chart-creation, and data-visualization skills.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to distinguish meaningful patterns from background noise.
• Experience working with quantitative and qualitative sources and simplifying complex ideas for non-specialists.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, incomplete source materials, evolving client direction, and new technologies while maintaining accuracy.
