TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (AI): Building and operating scalable cloud services and LLM-powered features for an identity security platform with an accent on backend engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and evaluation. Focus on designing event-driven microservices, deploying production AI systems, and managing infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
Location: Hybrid model in Mexico City

What you will do
- Build and operate scalable, highly available backend services in C#/.NET, Python, and Go using Azure and Kubernetes.
- Develop LLM-powered features with model integration, context pipelines, RAG, tool calling, agents, and evaluation.
- Design event-driven, asynchronous architectures across microservices.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including Terraform infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and production incident response.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams through code and design reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to design, write, review, and verify production code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go across the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience building LLM products using inference, structured outputs, RAG, tool calling, or agents.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, including spec-driven development and tested output.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, microservices, major cloud providers, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, ML/MLOps, and production model deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience building APIs, tools, integrations, MCP servers, plugins, or function/tool-calling interfaces for AI agents.
- Background in identity security, privileged access management, or Zero Trust architectures.
- Experience with fine-tuning and evaluation harnesses.
