Executive Assistant / Content & Operations Lead

Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa

hirify.global supports Rocket Resume, a subscription-based online resume platform expanding into B2B through its sister company, Ship Crew.

What you will do

• Own the founder’s inbox, including triage, drafting responses, follow-ups, and calendar management.
• Build AI-assisted systems for processing email, physical mail, and repetitive workflows.
• Execute the SEO content roadmap, including keyword research, content briefs, production, and optimization.
• Recruit and manage a small team of international content writers and creators.
• Develop organic growth channels such as Pinterest and relevant online communities.
• Coordinate projects with the CMO, content contributors, engineers, and customer support.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of Executive Assistant experience with exposure to SEO, content, or marketing operations.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, content strategy, and search ranking factors.
• Self-directed, solutions-oriented approach suited to an ambiguous startup environment.
• Ability to manage content contributors and communicate with distributed teams across time zones.
• Daily comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for automation and operational workflows.
• Availability to work remotely from the Philippines or South Africa.

• Startup experience rather than a strictly corporate or process-heavy background.
• Examples of automating inbox, content, or operational tasks with AI.
• Experience with content team management and organic growth channels.
