What you will do

• Analyze hardware requirements and design solutions, including component selection, schematics, PCB design guidance, debugging, and testing.
• Introduce new technologies and processes to improve product performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Follow the PLM product development process and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
• Collaborate with project, mechanical, software, testing, and production engineers throughout validation, product introduction, and mass production.
• Maintain legacy products and improve their quality, performance, and reliability based on market requirements.
• Evaluate technologies and conduct technical pre-studies for new weighing terminal products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hardware design and development experience, with the ability to independently complete hardware design work.
• Experience with ARM processors, high-frequency circuits, analog circuit design, and EDA tools such as Mentor, PADS, or Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of EMC and safety design requirements.
• Proficiency with professional instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and write English technical documentation and communicate in basic spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ex design.
• Industrial instrumentation product research and development experience.
