Senior Fullstack Developer – Aviation Mobile Application

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, hybrid with up to 3 remote days per week

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the aviation mobile application with React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Design scalable backend architecture and system components with cross-functional teams.
• Implement Docker-based containerization and support cloud deployments, preferably on AWS.
• Optimize application performance and contribute to reliability, security, and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Proven experience with React Native and mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Experience with backend architecture, system design, Docker, cloud deployment, and PostgreSQL.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Cloud technology or software architecture certifications.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Additional programming languages or relevant certifications.
