What you will do

• Develop, design, test, and deploy AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain hirify.global.com and internal and consumer-facing web applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design reusable AEM templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles, experience fragments, and content fragments.
• Migrate AEM Sites and Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service and refactor legacy AMS code to meet cloud compatibility and Cloud Manager quality gates.
• Improve user experience, SEO, A/B testing, website performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, quality engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners while providing code reviews, technical guidance, workshops, and documentation.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of recent, progressive experience in AEM content management and AEM development tools.
• Strong knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Cloud, JCR, Sling, and Apache Felix OSGi.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, JSP, web services, JUnit, MVC, Eclipse, Maven, APIs, integrations, JSON, and system-to-system data flows.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, plus knowledge of Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, CDNs, load balancers, and middleware integrations.
• Experience with automation and quality tools including Jenkins, automated unit testing, SonarQube, Jira, and GitHub.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, along with leadership, product development, Agile, and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira or Asana project execution and Algolia Search.
• Adobe Certified Expert certification as an AEM Developer or AEM Architect.
• Experience with React, NextJS, and NodeJS web application development.
• Passion for gaming and video game culture.
